       @urusan I have a pair of trekking boots that are 17 years old, and still my primary footwear for snow and very cold weather. They haven't seen heavy use each winter, but they have been regularly used as far as I can remember.I got those boots when I was 15, so I've had them over half my life, and they're still pretty good to walk in.
