@lowqualityfacts There's a myth going around the fediverse that French-speaking people naively pronounce ChatGPT in the same way as the French "chat, j'ai pété" which means "cat, I farted."This is funny, but this is also false, and easily disprovable by watching any French TV show where they talk about ChatGPT. They pronounce it in some sort of French person trying to speak English kind of way. It definitely cannot be understood as "cat, I farted."

I was shot! Twice! In each arm!For my flu and COVID-19 shots. :madjoy: Okay, so I got a text prior to getting there that my flu shot was not covered by insurance. I'm on frigging Medicare. Has the government suddenly decided that flu shots are no longer important?10 minutes of typing later, I find that it is free. Let me say this again...KICK THE FOR-PROFIT INSURANCE COMPANIES OUT OF THE BLOODY SYSTEM."But you're on Medicare." It does not matter. My pharmacist had to type for 10 minutes because *some* people are covered and *some* aren't. Why? Because of the bloody private insurances.I was also going to buy some chips... but one of the self-checkout machines did not want to print, and it was stuck in "help is on the way" mode. Then the 2nd checkout machine decided that the product that the guy was buying needed age verification. :headache: God forbid someone gets high or makes meth with Benadryl or whatever he was buying.So the 2nd machine got into "help is on the way" mode, except that the one help was busy helping someone else.
