More than anything, nobody would take you seriously on a forum or chatroom if they knew your age. If you wanted to not get laughed at all the time, you would lie about your age.Nowadays, kids and even teenagers seem unable to not tell literally everybody their age by announcing it constantly, especially on places like Twitter or Discord.
