       @brandon I see. Does this description apply to WSL2, though? Since the Linux kernel is running in its own VM here, is it still a subsystem of Windows?

       @jordan31 If you're ok trying something quite different from those, I have to shamelessly plug @Solus . Fantastic performance, rolling release with a focus on stability (which you seem to care about, based on your options), and they have a mate spin!

       @kev Absolutely love this idea. I finally got around to making a personal website (amanasifkhalid.github.io), and it just so happened to make the cutoff! Definitely have some work left to do to make it to the green team, though...
