@ForbiddenDreamer If your a gamer you'd be better with a 7800X3D. 7900 is a workstation cpu. 4070TI is overpriced but prob your best bet if your not willing to go last gen.

@Aether A series is the budget tablets. I have a nokia t10 which is in the same category of budget small tablet. Its also 1280x800. I don't mind the lower resolution as I use the tablet entirely for reading manga and books. If you want a high end 8" tablet there is the Lenovo Y700 with a 1600 x 2560 screen
