@frameworkcomputer that's a crappy way to host a web site. I didn't know you were doing some pre-order thing today, and all I see is a web page count down like it's an HP phone support queue. Maybe having a static page and then having the ordering elsewhere? Or have the lineup page actually explain what's up?

@Extelec @Edent The trouble here is that it's a legitimate popup from the legitimate bank initiated by a legitimate bank employee. I'm not sure how I'd improve this, but I think banking apps should kill this verification approach.

I saw this place come up in Reddit threads: https://www.allservice.roThat's a Romanian place, though. Maybe check with local mobile repair shops. They often have some surprising hardware.

@futurebird I watched a video a couple years ago of an instructor who requested students email him the name of their favorite candy. Well, only in the syllabus. The 5 people that did out of a class of a hundred each got a big bag of their favorite candy. Presented in front of the rest of the class.

@futurebird I asked my kid when he was 6 or 7 - "Does it look look he's having fun?" when a Ryan's World video came up. The sterile, empty house, the mother off screen but pushing him to have fun with something he obviously didn't want to play with. The Family channels never got play here after that.
