@BGP Go to the Salt River Canyon. The highway goes to bottom where there are dirt roads going up and down the Salt River, but drive 4WD that will ford several creeks and bring overnight camping gear and food as isolated thunderstorms can isolate you until flow in creek(s) recedes. Creeks have trails going into side canyons. Wildlife aplenty, but make noise while walking. Javelinas don't react well to being spooked. Drove it monthly working for USGS.

Only question is how flexible are banks holding the loan with unpaid creditors standing in line. Time isn't his friend.

@lauren I got top secret clearance with USAF (FBI background check) during Vietnam War (prevented being in Vietnam) and it's never been rescinded. It was downgraded without prejudice in 1990's because who command was downgraded. I asume FBI would update it if I needed it, but it's just been collecting dudt.

@lauren Congressional democrats don't have courage to abolish debt ceiling law, and democratic president doesn't have cojones to use 14th Amendment to declare debt ceiling unconstitutional and ignore it to continue operating government as normal. Latter would force republicans to challenge it. Courts would suspend it while under litigation. Let SCOTUS hear the case. Hard to see they'll overrule 14th Amendment.

@TonyStark It shows president who doesn't have principles, and is willing to concede to republicans for a deal he can call bipartisanship compromise. Deht ceiling is political game that does nothing for the budget, revenue, spending, annual deficit, national debt. Biden has power under 14th Amendment to declare it unconstitutional, to ignore it, and to continue operating government as normal. He could make history. Instead he chose to play the game and Republicans won.

@Nazani Just wee bit of anger in them words. People can disagree with Biden for variety of reasons. He was needed in 2020, but he's wasting his advantage in 2024. Even those hating him will vote for him if their vote gives him wins in close fought states. Even when necessary, they vote for him instead of Trump. We need an open democratic primary so Biden proves he's best choice. Any good democrat can beat Trump this year. Democrats need a choice than Biden stealing nomination.

@futurebird Never understood Geometry. I understood calculus and applied it in USAF during Vietnam War. I was in the Nuclear Weapons Test Ban treaty monitoring program. We operated sites around the world with an array of instrumentation to detect nuclear events. The equipment I was research and maintenance technician is similar to seismic equipment. The equipment recorded the 2nd derivative of 0.5 Hz signal from electrical and magnetic sensors unique to nuclear events.
