       @stux Sure it's not an LLM? I recently had a simple question that was not answered in the FAQ of a shop. First I tried the support chat which turned out to be a bad LLM which only knew the answers to questions already answered in the FAQ, then I called a phone number which was answered by the same LLM hooked up to TTS. I probably could have written an email as well with the same experience. So all of this adds nothing to the FAQ page with a search bar, but is a pure waste of time and energy.
