@kyle I find setting up the warp the most meditative part of weaving, there's no complexity with regards to what heddle is in what position, or what particular weft is being used, just the task of allocating out thread to fit through specific holes, one by one...

@kyle I'm reminded when I went to Central America and one of the villages we visited demonstrated how they dyed/spun/wove their fabric. And I totally did not appreciate the work because it was before I started in the fibre crafts. And now I'm sad I didn't learn more from them
