@killyourfm I think by default, and by overall function, one would be required to call mastodon a social network over social media, so that's certainly how I would refer to it. Thumbs up.

@dockers I actually had this happen to me the other day, I was dismissed by a principal engineer, who was looking for the principal engineer on my team, because I’m a trans person I was immediately dismissed when I indicated that it was me, and they didn’t believe me.

@dockers I mean yeah, it’s a really shitty thing, and when I started my gender transition, two years ago, it got worse. I mean generally speaking people can be really shitty at times.

@nikki as long as I feel like people are approachable , in that I am by far willing to share what and where I can with others and support what I can, and where with others. All of us have an incredible boundless knowledge about a variety of things in which all of us know. I want to know everything that can be known, I want to know everything that everyone else knows, and if I know things, I want to share that with others so that they could know also. @y3mz
