Watched a few talks by erlang author. One of his points is always that one computer system cannot guarantee stability. Then I remember that Pleroma runs on BEAM. I mean nobody cares of course, but can single Pleroma (or whatever fork-oma) instance run on multiple servers out of the box?

Sometime ago I was looking for cross browser bookmarks sync that would not have its own cloud, but that's simply impossible to ask in this day and age. The closest i was able to find is syncmarx, which uses dropbox for storage and is so alpha it will purge your data without blinking. Maintainer knows it doesn't work, but he has other things he get payed for in his life and he won't finish it.In the end the only bookmarking mechanism that really makes sense is saving links to personal knowledge base - I get all of tagging and commenting plus its completely browser agnostic.Now on to selecting the PKM soft.Ah shiet, here we go again.

@scathach I hate the day I will get to my PC with sole purpose of doing the same, and I feel this day comes. All the incremental progress to modern convenience, all "standing on shoulders of some big mfs" crumbles and boils down to periodically reinventing the wheel with different flavours.
