This DJ uploaded a mix to youtube, and he was surprised to find that the auto generated tracklist contained a song he never played. It turns out that a bootleg in his mix was actually a mashup of two songs, but the credits of that bootleg never named the second song.

Someone else mentioned how Shazam's detection isn't nearly as good and all I can think is "yeah, Shazam isn't designed to protect the 'owners' of 'intellectual property.'"

I renewed my vehicle registration yesterday, and apparently one of the fees was $10 for a parking pass to every CT national park / beach, I don't think I can opt outThe website says that they hope to make it more approachable to visit national parks but a mandatory $10 fee for all drivers to be allowed in a place seems a bit absurd. I'm probably not visiting any parks in CT in the next two years, I'm definitely not planning on it at least at least.Given, I didn't look very hard to opt out but it definitely seems like something that should be opt-in if anything.Anyway it's just $10 but to some people that might be a lot. I paid it without giving it much thought but it seems like it could be a big pain for some. That's a good day+ worth of food just to be allowed on some public property maybe if you wanted.

1 hour later...I bumped it up a few minor versions, which apparently didn't fully patch the thing to the latest version. Included in that 2nd set of patches I thought would automatically apply was this patch https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/pull/1953Since my DB runs as a LoadBalancer type service on Kubernetes via merallb, it relies on bgp routing working correctly. I really don't know much about bgp but I do know about running updates and making things work again :)
