and it's not even linux-specific problem. it just that people on other os doesn't careif you ask me flatpacking all the desktop apps would be the way to go even though it's less secure

@sukino the cost is already $0.01/search as they call both google + bing api https://developers.google.com/custom-search/v1/overview#pricingso at 80 searches per day that's already $24 at cost w/o hosting fee.

แล้วก็นอกจาก mastodon ยังมีโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่มันเห็นเหมือนเป็น user ธรรมดา follow เขาจาก mastodon ได้ด้วย เช่น- pleroma (คล้ายๆ mastodon แต่เป็นอีกโปรแกรม) ➡️ @sukino- pixelfed (เขาว่าคล้าย ig)- peertube (คล้ายๆ youtube) ➡️ @peertube

นึกออกอีกอันที่จะเป็นเหตุผลไว้เลือก server คือ server admin สามารถ ban server อื่นทิ้งทั้ง server ได้เลยเช่น สมมุติว่า donald trump ทำ server ที่ไม่มี moderation, admin server เราอาจจะแบน server นั้นหมดก็ได้ ถ้าเราไม่เห็นด้วย ก็ต้องย้าย serverกลับกันถ้า admin server เราปล่อยคนไม่ดีวิ่งเต็ม server, server เราก็อาจจะโดนแบนจาก server ต่างๆ ก็ได้ แต่คนไม่ดีของ admin แต่ละคนก็ไม่เหมือนกัน ถ้าเราไม่เห็นด้วยกับ admin ก็ย้าย server นะ
