       @pete Well allowing to share discussions about plans of murder should be enough. If you would see that as freedom of speech ok. I don't. I don't get the whole fuzz about deplatforming right now. We have a president (I'm not from the US) that openly supports violence. We got a platform (Parler) that openly allows spread of violence. I don't give a shit about these two being deplatformed. And that's it. I like mastodon being promoted but we will end up on Twitter again.

       @battlepenguin @rootsworks Well but the internet in the 90s didn't get used by non nerds... So you are laughing about Gmail users but well they just use it. They don't give a fuck about the technology behind. And for me this is perfectly fine. We should take the problems seriously and not make fun of it. In the end the fediverse is in its current state interesting but has its problems for normal users.
