       @stux It is horrific. I was in Berlin a few weekends ago, and sitting in a bar with my niece. Some American tourists were "like, like, like" ALL THE TIME.It's as though they have no other words.

       @stux All it will take to bankrupt this company is for everyone without a vested interest in its continuing, to just stop using them. Next time someone has to shop around for insurance go elsewhere. (Of course, they shouldn't even exist anyway, but that's another discussion.)
