Today’s estate-sale find: a 1966 Vogue Sewing Book. These two Stepford wives are ripe for the surreal collage treatment for sure. Meanwhile in 2023, my only adornments today are a wedding ring and a “Covid-19 Vaccinated” bracelet, circa 2021. Not sure if I’m supposed to go to the PTA or a party. @bennomatic @grammargirl Not quite the same thing, but when I used to teach English as a foreign language, I had to explain to my students the difference between saying they missed class because they were homesick or home sick. 😊
