If you want to own a gun in France don’t do graffiti because it’s grounds to enter the national register for people not allowed to own guns. Si vous le pouvez, passez votre permis de conduire en Belgique, non seulement l’utilisation d’une voiture à double commande pour l’apprentissage n’est pas obligatoire, mais il n’y a pas d’heures de conduite obligatoires non plus… Seule condition : étudier ou résider en Belgique.
