       Je me suis retrouvé avec la porte de la chambre bloquée, mon fils hurlant à l'intérieur. Le lien entre la poignée et le pêne demi-tour a cassé.J'ai tout tenté jusqu'à forcer et la poignée a fini par casser, tournant dans le vide.Paniqué avec mon fils qui hurle derrière, un serrurier est venu ouvrir la porte avec une radio et un coup de tournevis.Ça m'a coûté une blinde.Ma question : en tant que locataire, est-ce qu'une partie est à la charge du propriétaire si c'est de l'usure ?
