       @nihilvt The problem with history is it's almost always taught one-sided in schools. Every nation wants to be seen as "the good one" regardless of how obvious and different the truth is and they will go as far as to slander other nations if it's necessary to preserve that narrative.Learning history is important but it's only useful if you manage to escape that one-sided narrative.

       @nihilvt That's interesting. In everywhere else I know it's pretty much the opposite. It is also very common to see historical "facts" of different countries clashing with each other.Still my main point stands, it is important to learn history from multiple sources not just from school.
