@grey Oh yes, for any change, the body needs time to adapt. This time increases as we get older. But I just wish I was born an early bird, but I'm a very nocturnal animal and that's not good for my productivity at all

@gosha @eris yes! Celery is definitely uncommon. You need potatoes, carrots, onions, beets, white cabbage and tomato paste (but I cook without tomato paste). Classic borscht includes beef, but I've been eating vegan soups all my life and vegan borscht can be just as rich!

We didn't have time to notice how being available every second has become the norm. You should always be in touch, if you don't answer in the next five minutes - something is wrong or you don't respect/like the one who wrote to you. Daria, why didn't you answer me until the evening, because I wrote to you in the morning? Maybe it's because my phone is on silent somewhere in my backpack and I don't care about it that much.
