@futurebird @futurebird @cryptadamist why only the highest bidder? Available to everyone, at "ask us" price.

I like #yerba. I've been debating for a while where to get one of the "traditional" "cups" for it, instead of doing various things with sieves or mugs. This is my experiment with something roughly the size and shape, while also possibly answering "what if I would want to take it with me somewhere" ๐Yeah, it will be hard to hold when hot, but I don't like it hot anyway, so using "quite warm" water should cover both of those aspects.#tea @tea

@futurebird @ClimateJenny @georgetakei I hear that on bluesky there's a "menswear guy", offering helpful hints and guides to people asking... And such scathing commentaries on those who try to present themselves as being "better".

@futurebird @ClimateJenny @georgetakei for example, he pointed out that during that recent meeting with all the generals, where there were supposed to be "no personal/personalised touches" to outfits, the suit on stage actually had the customary triangle poking out of chest pocket, violating the rule set *by* the people on stage. Also, the triangle was the pocket turned inside out.

@futurebird @ClimateJenny @georgetakei that's one side. But the other, from what I was told, he very much stays in his lane... But while in that lane, drives exactly in the direction "you the people" would like to see, is my sorry attempt at describing it.

@lproven @nixCraft ah, but FSF doesn't like binary blobs and hardware not under control of user, so baseband, CPU and chipset are going to be "interesting".

@lanodanI have been in a couple of incident calls and further considerations, where after all the "remove permissions; limit who can do what where; update procedures to make people check things more carefully" I had to add "uh, it wouldn't have happened if there was a convenient wrapper to do the standard thing easily". Not that I saw it get much traction...@SwiftOnSecurity
