For romantic relationships, it seems almost identical. Schizotypal folks tend to carry this on to every interaction, even with strangers and struggle to keep friends. BPD people tend to have an easier time making friends and struggle mostly with their romantic relationship (s)At least, this is how it seems after talking to some of my BPD friends a lot

If you're dating Schizotypal and Bipolar minds;; the easiest way to battle this is just to give love. Tangible, obvious, physical love. Hold them. Like, just hold them, for a long time, because you care about them. Don't make them feel weird or crazy for freaking out sometimes.. I promise they're doing it because they want to keep you more than anything and are so so so scared they'll never get to see you again, just like all of their exes
