i re-shelled my switch and joycons because the old translucent purple shells had some pretty big cracks in them. i filled in the embossing on the buttons with liquid white-out to give them some contrasti also replaced the faceplate on my dock with a soft touch wood patterned plate because i thought it looked cool. i could have gone with another translucent purple faceplate for it but there aren't many electronics behind that plate so there wasn't much to show off

i also replaced the green status leds with magenta ones which i think looks really cool and fits better with the shellsand they're a lot brighter than the default green lights but that doesn't really matter much
