🗨️ Hereby Israel's opposition admits that they had criminal intent, by wanting Hamas members to be killed, calling the strike on #doha a "failure" because it only killed lower ranks of the group. All Israel really believes in assassination as the means of choice. 🗨️ I don't agree with the statement published by Amnesty International today, for two reasons: 1) Definition by law: IDF members are no hostages, they are prisoners of war 2) #IHL /Geneva Conventions require adequate treatment of PoWs (#water, #food, medical care) by ISR ! - In the case of #gaza #palestine, there's no 'conflict', it's the complete destruction of medical infrastructure, population/culture by (Israel) - that's not "bargaining", it is a fight for survival - and legal resistance 👇🏽 📑

We failed the civilians, prisoners of war /hostages, the #law - and most importantly: the #children of future generations. Not just in #palestine, but all over the world. @bruvduroiu It must be surprise after the n- advisory rulings of high courts and the obligation of UN member states to cancel deals with genocidal entities - this is not about ideological friendships, this is about international law and the genocide convention. So I don't know, why these leaders are so eagerly accepting unlawful handshakes.
