You want an automobile? Apply now and you will have one in 5 years wait time. You want one now? You curry a favour for person in charge of giving our vehicles. But know, you getting vehicle now means some poor schmuck who has waited 5 years will have to wait a little longer.Anyway, it is disheartening to see people praise such system despite countless accounts of how it went wrong everywhere it could go wrong. You cannot force ideology on human nature, but build around it. There will always be a hierarchy of power and control no matter how you spin in.My family and country are still recovering from the everlasting economic disaster communist brought upon us against our wills.
