@heluecht vielleicht magst du nochmal hingehen, ein paar Pommes bestellen, eine Fotos mit den Pommes in der Hand/auf dem Teller und Laden im Hintergrund machen... dann ist das nachgewiesen.Das ist eine sehr ärgerliche Masche und ich verstehe nicht wieso es da keine Fristen gibt.Neue Bewertung mit Verweis auf diese Praxis und 1/5 Sternen... Bild der Pommes im Laden nicht vergessen.Sind Leute aus der #Jurabubbel hier die dazu was beitragen wollen, ist das wirklich zutreffend? "Meine Bewertung würde Persönlichkeitsrechte verletzen, bzw. ich hätte diffamierende Inhalte verbreitet."

Ich suche zwei Töpfe, genauer eine beschichtete Pfanne und einen Topf.Die #Pfanne sollte eine PFOA/PFAS freie Beschichtung haben, halt was gesundheitlich und umwelttechnisch unbedenklicheres als Teflon. Ein Stiehlgriff wie bei einer Pfanne üblich, so 24cm oder größer.Das Internet finde Redchef #Pfannen, ich bin nicht sicher ob die was taugen.Zweiter #Topf soll beschichte sein und auch in den Backofen können, so 230°C reichen beim Backofen, zwei Griffe. Darin würde ich zubereiten, was nach dem anbraten im #Backofen noch weiter köcheln kann. Beschichtung wieder wie oben PFAS/PFOA frei.Generell bin ich für Tipps und Gedanken offen.Wir überlegen auch mal ein paar ordentliche #Töpfe zu kaufen, haben nur so billige von Ikea.Also gerne alles hier drunter schreiben was ihr an Ideen und Tipps habt. Ich habe mal bei test.de geschaut, bisschen online gesucht, aber es gibt so viele verschiedene Pfannen und Servierpfannen (sowas könnte es sein) das ich nicht weiß was taugt und was nicht.#Küche #kochen

@admin @energisch_ keine Spülmaschine wäre No-Go, bzw müsste schon erhebliche Vorteile haben Edelstahlpfanne habe ich natürlich eine, aber es gibt Dinge die in einer beschichteten Pfanne einfach viel einfacher zubereitet werden können.Beschichtungen aus Keramik scheinen aktuell unbedenklicher und Hersteller geben oft an das die frei von PFAS und Co sind.

Gibt es hier Leute, die tagtäglich mit einem #Android #Tablett arbeiten? Ich überlege statt Notebook auf ein Tablett umzusteigen.Vielleicht gibt es auch gute Linux Tablett? Einen großen Nachteil den ich sehe ist die schlecht Einbindung von Nextcloud.Die Idee ist, dass ich folgendes damit machen kann.* Video- und Musikstreams (NewPipe, Netflix, Nextcloud, Web und andere)* SSH* Dokumente bearbeiten (ggf. reicht da Nextcloud Office im Browser)* E-Books/ePub/PDFs lesen* Mastodon/Friendica/Pleroma* k-9/Lotus Note/Outlook Mail* Signal/Matrix/Jabber/XMPP/Threema/Wordpress* Nextcloud* Onlinebanking* Firefox/Internet surfenIhr sehr, im Grunde als daily driver.Was davon geht eurer Erfahrung nach nicht mit dem Tablet?

@smokinjobetter don't use the same domain. Just use a sub domain oder another sub domain.Maybe the media folder? I like to use the database storage, that way the database gets big, but backups and restores are fast and easy. The downside of storing media on the SSD for me is that backup and restored will have to read/write millions of folder and files, while the DB is just a continues file per table.But I am sure others will have different opinion.Maybe use database for storage at first, you can change that later.Not sure what what you mean here. Storing some data in a mount on your NAS? Well the you need to ensure it is always available and the switch never dies. I think the 2ms round trip do not matter.If your server has plenty of memory and storage start easy and keep all local and use database for storage. It can all be changed later.Look into borg backup or something like that. Do backups daily at least and always before you fiddle around in the system.
