       @ratcatcher @actuallyautistic I don’t understand this person’s aggression. I have never felt anything but welcome by #actuallyAutistic and never felt the need to conform or act a certain way. In fact, I’ve enjoyed reading the diverse life experiences of other autists and how their struggles have compared with my own. Hurt people hurt people, I guess. In other news, it’s my first block on Mastadon. Do I get a badge or unlock an achievement or something?

       @futurebird I was just thinking the other day that the Democrats need to really reform the primary process, because it’s clearly not leading to the best GE candidates anymore. I’m not sure how, though. Make it all ranked choice? Is that even feasible?

       @futurebird I often wondered where that fear came from. It’s not like any of the last few Dem nominees that lost were super left wing. I also wonder if this is one of the reasons Kamala is so popular. She’s actually willing to fight for what she believes in instead of slumping back into whatever the focus group says.
