@enigmatico @kura dl also works with old browsers. The main reason to abstain from using tables is that they are ment to be used for table content, not for lists

@enigmatico @kura if it's form, use labels and divs. No need in tables unless it's a table-like form

@enigmatico I think we could even use it to create catgirls

@Feuerfuchs The same thing they said about Rust. It feels like an anal: guys say it's fine but it really hurts until you are into it

@enigmatico There is a joke about t9 in Russian: if you type "люблю немку торгую мёдом" (<I> love a German <girl> <and> sell honey) it turns into "люблю пенис сосать нежно" (<I> love to suck a penis gently). Still a thing even in modern phones

@enigmatico When I was in high school, good students had an option about a form of exams: rather normal one or an essay. For computer science I chose the second option and made an instant messenger with onion routing on Delphi 7 (we learned QBasic at school). Teachers spent a whole month trying to figure out where I stole it. Of course they didn't find anything. And you know what? I never did anything even closely that awesome at my job.

@Feuerfuchs looks like bootstrap. There is a reason why people add these classes. They are ment to be used as quick prototyping hacks. But usually people don't understand how to work with twbs and they write everything that way

@enigmatico set status to "playing GTA V" but instead stream your naked butt being spanked. It'll take up to 2 hours before mods stop touching their ding-dongs and finally press the button. Or may be one of old ICQ ways'd work, like setting age to lower than 13 (Mirabilis banned you instantly)

Here we go! Now I'm officially a #linuxfromscratch user. ID: 28429.Next I'm going to make some customization, install zsh, x11 and desktop env, probably #icewm, etc. But first I have to briefly take a look at BLFS. An then maybe I'll pack my vm and upload it to a cloud so everyone watching me invading the linuxfromscratch tag could understand what an asshole I really am. :patcat:

I think I'm ready to choose my next fedi instance. This one is my first and I landed here because It was popular. But it appears that it was not very smart. So where should I land next? May be fosstodon.org? #fediverse

#Ubuntu 10.04 was just a piece of cake. I almost forgot these gradient buttons. Today they look a bit clumsy but back then I was pretty neat. I really missed them in 11+. But most importantly it doesn't mess up my backlight. I wonder what happened between 10 and 12. The suspects are systemd with it's backlight daemon and unspecified kernel options. I guess there is only one way to understand: I need a system without systemd
