@kartoffelcheetah have you been? It's such a huge place, you have no chance of seeing everything. We had a half hour lunch break though. I wanted to stay another 2h hidden somewhere in a cozy spot until most people were gone. If you do that, you can look at the really famous pieces up close.

I'm preparing a Cybersecurity lecture for middle-aged or older people with topics like password security, 2FA, device security, online banking, contactless credit cards etc. I only have an hour or two and I have to dumb it down so the basic concepts will stick. However, I also don't want to scare these people into a fatalism where they believe everything is insecure and any measures do not suffice.What would you focus on? What topics should I introduce and what measures should I recommend?Thank you!

@mutebird It's for a place I volunteer at, a one-world-shop that collects funds for aid projects. I already gave a talk on credit card fraud, since we had that in the past in the shop.This talk should focus more on people's everyday issues. The audience is very non-technical, but smarter than societal average.

PinePhone PostmarketOS edition with a PinePhone keyboard case. The phone screen still has the original screen protector. There are some little scratches on the case. Works fine.I did not do much with it, so it's time to find an owner who is more deserving.It's located in Germany and I can ship it with DHL.Make me an offer maybe. I'll put it on eBay after Easter if no Fediperson wants it.

@kaiaThe backup S3 bucket was full. It should work again. I'd also like to migrate this custom script to "duplicity" if possible, to improve reliability and do automatic deletions etc. Maybe someone on fedi with a good existing backup can help us :blobfox_w_:

One of my biggest mistakes of recent times was buying a AMD GPU for kaia's gaming PC. If I had known that she wants to try something AI or ML every other day, I would have gone Nvidia.
