       @leo Easily solved. Create a few instances which could attract the troubled minds, a honey trap for the haters online if you like, and wall it off from the rest of the federation.  Maybe call it welcometohell.org ? Or magahome.org? Just a thought.

       @killyourfm I'll be back in France shortly but I'm guessing it will be hard to find even there.Besides, I've been attracted to Croatia ever since I met an American-Serb in London (a patient). He was working for the US gvt during the Serbian-Kosovo war & talked a lot about Dubrovnik where he often stayed for his work. I almost did a road trip to the place quite a few years back but ran out of time unfortunately.
