       quite a few cars come with traffic sign recognition cameras these days... and built in speed limiter too. it would be so easy to apply the speed limit automatically. the driver could override it of course, but make it default behavior, and make them actively press a button every time.

       too many people drive with adaptive cruise control, space out and/or out of laziness don't change the speed setting. so if no one drives in front of them, they just keep going 80, 90, 100 km/h or whatever it was set, also through villages and towns.

       @lina Few people know it but the reason for this is very simple. While zeroes are round, a 1 has a sharp corner and a hook that could get stuck and damage the insulation around the copper if you would completely fill the line with ones. Instead, sending some zeroes every now and then to flush any stuck „1“ before a clog can develop.A 0 can be neatly pushed through the copper at high pressure without damaging the cable.Now you know!
