       It's good that Mastodon is kind of confusing and not super addictive. Why would I want that? I just want a place to dump my thoughts and maybe some friends can see them and respond if they feel like it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

       @Luca this is great! Wish I’d found it before I deleted my bird site accounts. I might fork and try to modify to take whatever the Twitter data dump provides for user follows or interactions.

       @mastodonusercount What I'm most stunned by here is the sheer increase in the rate of new accounts. Not surprised, but the difference from a handful to consistently over a thousand per hour is pretty amazing.
