@adam Being a landlord for 40+ years, I can’t help but wonder exactly how slanted these contracts are toward the landlord. It would be interesting to review the terms.

@Dan_Ramos Agree 100% I am happy to report that I had no part in this. I have 2 adult children, both productive workers and a benefit to the society they live in. I only wish there were more like them.

@Dan_Ramos When the web was new, I crafted a few web sites for myself and a couple other businesses. By the time the adaptations hit for mobile the sites weren’t crucial to me and it wasn’t important to the business owners to be mobile friendly. I was relieved to not deal with updating for mobile. I agree with the opening statements about speed being important, but it’s not the only relevant aspect. Content is more important and that is often seriously lacking.
