If you're into physical control design and you need a new rabbit hole for the downfalling then I recommend looking into "color control surfaces" used by colorists, the people who post-process images (still or moving) for a variety of characteristics like hue, luminance, and contrast.

Earlier this year I was a bit shocked to learn that RV camp sites can cost $90 or more per night. Even a basic pull-in at a rural Love's truck stop starts around $50.Anyway, I'm happy to have a boondock-able van that doesn't attract attention.

I just noticed that the current version of macOS is the last to support Intel macs. The one-two punch of Win11 forced upgrades and Apple ditching their entire line before Apple silicone might make a big wave of perfectly capable machines hit the used market.

@foone This isn't a suggestion (or even a solution) but at some point I figured out how to make neovim jump to the next misspelling, show the default correction, and with one keystroke correct-and-jump to the next misspelling.I loved it, but as with so many neovim features, haven't needed it enough to remember how it works.

After a few days van camping in the Nevada high desert with two smol dogs, I smelt funky and so tried Skunky, a combo scrubbing pad and no-rinse decontaminator.A lot of the dirt is still on me (no rinse, obs) but I do feel less stinky and less likely to get a rash or anger a fungus.#review #notSponsored #vanLife
