Serve not an HTML document, but rather a kind of archive with all the resources included and signed all together (e.g. EML file, or any other format which embeds everything).2. Demand and check on the level of the browser that the HTML document has no references to external resources - no script, no CSS, no images.3. Define a URL construction scheme which will allow to find signature of every resource or define a way to include a URL for each such signature (so that every image, script and CSS stylesheet - in general, everything automatically loadable - is singed and can be checked).
