Took another step towards self hosting my life with installing FreshRSS last night. Next up is to self host my email, which I really want to do because Gmail even re-write all links in your emails to go via their servers and then be redirected to the intended target to know exactly what links you've clicked).I'm gonna need a bit of help with this, however. I hardly know what I need to do. MX record? DMARC? Spam assassin? If anyone knows a good guide I'd be very grateful for the tip.

@kev @tchambers I think they always have. I've just now started noticing because I went back to my really slow old laptop and the HTML view of gmail. The google URL actually pops up for a second or so in the address bar before following the redirect -- probably a consequence of my laptop being slow!

You must play a reasonably new version of OpenTTD, in which the common goods vans/carriages can be refitted to carry the new cargoes.It only works in the temperate climate.I'd like to know:- How do you experience working with these cargo payment rates?- Do you see any transport strategies that are better than others to profit the most from these cargoes?- Any strategies that just downright don't work but you feel they should?- What do you think of the sprites and animations?2/2

@szkodnix What kind of starting point would you like for a tutorial? Would it be better to start with settings, the UI, cargo rates, or just start building shit right away and go through stuff as and when they come up? Yeah, I’m using you as a base user now 😄 I haven’t really watched or read any tutorials. Hard to know what’s too technical or most fun.

Scratch building a model was so fun I want to do more. And better. I made some of the details in clay that would’ve been much nicer if I could model them in 3d and have them printed.I want to learn 3d modeling. But my crappy computer can’t run Blender 3D. And I just need to create monochrome shapes and export to stl files.Does anyone know of a program I can use to do that and only that? My computer is a 32bit dual core intel atom with 2GB of RAM, running debian linux
