       @stux it’s impossible to build almost anything in California, so I guess I shouldn’t have hoped for this to be any different. I am sure the seismic requirements for such a project will be very demanding, which is completely appropriate, but California also makes it easy for anyone who doesn’t like a construction project to complain and demand changes, which makes the planning process extremely slow and expensive.
