       No-one in Victoria cares what Bevan thinks, so this fails the relevance test; and there are a large number of people with better-informed analysis, so it fails the value test too. Basically, these sorts of political editorials are another artifact of outdated legacy media practices and should be binned.        The way people--mainly men, but not exclusively--in positions of power fall in behind the likes of Pell and Molan, and the mainstream fills up with praise and narrative building to justify and rationalise their, um, "shortcomings". The automatic stabilisers of the patriarchy.
