Six years now of the soba → sunrise → mochi tradition. It's not always gone to plan, but I've gotten incredibly lucky. I went to #Enoshima for the first sunrise of the year, and it was very pretty, all gripes considered. Honestly, I was really impressed by the number of surfers in the water.
