       Some of my favorite foods are dishes I used to hate. Also, probably don’t eat that thing that almost killed you that other time.aka "We're not going to test that strategy, because we don't like that strategy here."p.s. It is easy to imagine the person who ate the first chicken. But, try to imagine the person who watched an egg fall out and decided, "I'm going to try that."

       Once a quarter, I open a blank page and write down "Stop Doing" "Keep Doing" "Start Doing." When I've got everything out of my head, I make a plan and a commitment to hire someone or delegate at least 90% of "stop" and at least 50% of "keep" so that I have time for 40% of "start doing". It is very difficult to ever drop that last 10% of "stop". But, figuring out how to release as close to 90% of "keep" as possible makes room to spend 80% on "start doing".
