What's notable is that they are both very prominent and successful within the party, having survived every attempted purging and gaining in strength every attempt, but they also poll the greatest. In the eastern states, these people poll well over 25%. In Thuringia, Björn Höcke is at about 30%. Höcke is, as far as the shitlib media is concerned, the go-to far-right boogeyman of the nation. Not quite the next Hitler imho, but a good man.A couple years back some shitlib referred to the party as "Nazis in pinstripe suits". This type of "optics" has worked well so far.The establishments strategy against the AfD has been to insinuate radicalization where it isn't and supporting radicalization wherever it can, to defame and ultimately shut the party down. To this end, they throw just as much dirt on the moderates, "Liberalkonservative", "Bürgerliche" etc. in the party, as they do on our actual guys. For example, the last time the moderates tried to purge our guys, the moderate leader good goy Jörg Meuthen shared a meal with an upper exec of the public media. The exec was fired immediately.Another example, Meuthen got the radicals organization within the party (the "Flügel", or wing) dissolved. The establishments response, as per constitution protection president Haldenwang?>"The Flügel has dissolved in the party, like an Aspirin in a glass of water! Therefore the entire party is now suspect!"Meuthen has since left the party, frankly in disgrace.It should be mentioned that Haldenwang was not chosen for his intelligence, but rather loyalty. Brain-dead loyalty. His predecessor Maaßen would have questioned the wisdom of eradicating all inner-party opposition to the radicals, because a radical AfD government would be a bigger loss than a moderate one. To the establishment however, a moderate and liberal AfD would be as much of a competition as a radical one. (In their mind, maybe even more. The liberal would-be purgers in the AfD always blame their terrible polls on the radicals. A liberal AfD would do better, in their mind and in their mind only, of course.) As we see now, they think they can simply ban a party polling over 20% nationwide and over 30% locally. Legally speaking, banning a party is not very simple. Sure, if you declare your party the Next-Hitler party, it might be very simple, but if you keep up appearances, it becomes difficult. The German state has only limited measures of violence at its disposal, because banning parties, persecuting people for their politics or race, executing people etc. is "something the Nazis would have done". So giving the state these powers would enable the next Hitler to use them. Hence the German gov doesn't quite have them, as a form of future-proofing. That is the theory, of course. We could see the courts in practice just ignore all of that. Wouldn't surprise me.

More recently Paganism resisted jewry through National Socialism. The christian churches at the time were so very "opposed" to globohomo that Hitler had to bribe them for their assistance with the Reichskonkordat.And now? What church is against refugees? Race mixing? Gays? White genocide?None of them. You can only believe that the churches are "resisting globohomo", if you find belief in christianity itself to be resistance. We'd already be balls deep into WW3 by now, instead of them getting ratio'd on twitter. If I wanted to fake a murder scene I'd splash some pigs blood around or something. Augury by means of observing the motions of a dying man and such. My main point is, our ancestors weren't modern liberals and had an entirely different morality. One in which human sacrifice would have had a purpose.

@Terry To be fair, Trump probably stood up on his own. The first image I saw of this was a bloodied Trump standing up, giving a thumbs up while surrounded by security. Important to generate an image like that, instead of huddling like a bitch. Ideally he would have finished the speech/event like Roosevelt, but what can you do.

@Terry I am honestly flabbergasted at all of these right-wing, far right-wing politicians that never seem to anticipate someone trying to bump them off. It's the same here in Europe, too. No one thinks "I'm going up against the hegemon... someone WILL try to kill me." But that should be the base assumption of an influental opposition politician, always.
