#TIL that .ssh/config's `IgnoreUnknown` (which I use to ignore the MacOS-only `UseKeychain`) will sometimes not be read on Linux *unless* you put it right at the top or something 🙃 (e.g. https://gist.github.com/theresnotime/04ae2c978e8d53ee396fe0e9e17d6625)
