       @simon @russss I feel like this is not-so-subtle commentary on how many human practitioners are successful purely by being really good at bullshitting.People don't realize how far confidence, even without substance, will get you in life.

       Damn. My favorite customer success dude was laid off today. He's been a go-to for many years for HashiCorp products, across my last 2 employers and Hashi's customer success staff got hit the hardest. I'm so disappointed.If you know of any openings, this dude is empathetic as hell, diligent in tracking feature requests and advocating for the customer, and keeps everyone far more organized than we otherwise would be.
