ThinkGeek.com shutting down. This is a good thing. I loved #ThinkGeek when it sold generic geek stuff. I still have my Geek sweatshirt. When they transitioned into movie and other merch they seemed to lose their original geek mojo. I stopped buying from them around that time because there was not much that I wanted. Plus they stopped selling Bawls.

@cosullivan depends on your requirements. ProtonVPN is good and easy to use. Don't know if it would get through a tough advesary like the great firewall of China, though. Also make sure it provides its own DNS to get around DNS leaking and filtering

Remember when only congress was allowed to declare war? Remember when congress controlled the purse to military action? Remember when congress actually did anything useful for the people of America? Ya, I dont either, but in theory it is a good idea.#war #iran #congress #trump

Why is everyone in Washington so hell bent on starting a war with Iran? A war that will not end quickly, cost millions of lives, and trillions of dollars.

@USBloveDog that is a good idea, though I think that Tom Cotton and John Bolton are much larger voices at the moment.

@gozer It is a good movie, slow at times and very odd. But a visually stunning movie. I always wondered what they were going to do with the human modified creatures after the founder was killed and the other guy lost part of his head on a rock.

@gozer imo both the old man and the other guy are the villains. Without the master and the true believer there would be no conflict.also agree, don't join Scientology.

We all should use encrypted DNS, if only to screw over ISP data harvesting and marketing efforts. #privacy #dns

Have you ever stopped and though about a life without #Twitter? How different would our political, civil, and personal lives be? I suspect almost certainty would be for the better. I can not see anything good about Twitter and its effect on society.

@ataraxia937 I would agree only if every system and website used different passwords, the passwords were hashed and salted on the server side, you can guarantee every system used to log in did not contain password scrapers, and encryption on the wire.Otherwise, no.
