       Cropped images and screenshots taken on #GooglePixel phones can be uncropped.        This might actually also affect other apps/tools/fiel types that relied on ParcelFileDescriptor.parseMode "w" mode before the Android 10 update changed it to no longer truncate by default: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/180526528
