@Weeble macOS safari won't play it as well as iPhone. Had to open it in Firefox. Too bad Firefox on iOS is the same safari and native app like Metatext won't play it too.For better or worse Instagram is blocked in my country lol

@helene I've recently moved from twitter and I feel like people here are different. Even though my interests include anime, games and tech stuff, sometimes I simply don't understand them as a simple married dude in his 30s :ac_sadness: But then again, I don't really have a lot of common with my peers as well :blobcatcomfthink: and I end up being a lonely loner on a lonely instance :blobcatcomfcool:

@helene I’ve known about fedi for quite some time, but every time I tried it it just didn’t click with me and I was back on Twitter since I was a heavy user there tweeting my whole life until someone irl found my tweets about them and I’ve started to be more careful about what I write. Then it kinda went downhill with some changes I wasn’t fond, too much normies joined, people I liked left, likes instead of favorites, algorithms and ads, etc. And by just googling alternatives I’ve stumbled upon mastodon. The last straw was Elon deal, war/antiwar propaganda overflow and my country banning Twitter, so here I am.I created a new mastodon account on koyu.space a few weeks ago, since I couldn’t remember my last one, then I discovered plemora and that it’s easy to self host and since I work in IT I’ve decided to host my own as a learning experience. Enjoying it so far, but takes too much time :blobcatafternoon:
