@WandererUber @Spingebill If I understand this, it is 3 components: pitch+yaw defines an axis of rotation (2 components) and then thr angle of rotation about that axis is the third component.

So either you reduce the amount of water used to grow the same amount of food (hello Jevons Paradox) or you can grow more food for a given amount of water.

@doonxib A bad economy usually help military recruitment, because it is basically a guaranteed job. If the economy being bad is being cited as making recruitment *worse* then things are really bad.
