Noise cancelling headphones are nice, but generally I don't have an issue with white noise. I really want "obnoxious guy talking loudly on his phone" cancelling headphones.

@webmink my local newspaper did that. I asked them about it, and they even mentioned that the web development firm they used is based in the UK (at the time part of the EU).

What is hilarious to me about Musk saying he'll pay for legal fees is that he just does this in a tweet. Which as soon as it comes to task will result in his lawyers saying it is non-binding.
