he also talks about not eating for days at a time then eating huge amounts which can be a type of bulimia, i've done some spergy posts on kiwifarms about how i think his puking is from panic attacks

the main reasons i dont think he is making himself throw up like a bulimic does is that he talks about it openly, and that he says the puking usually happens a couple hours after he eats. usually a bulimic will throw up ASAP because if you throw up hours afterwards you will still absorb most of the calories (even when you throw up within like 30 minutes you still absorb like half the calories of what you ate) and would hide the symptoms from shame. but tbf i dont actually know bulimics i just read psych stuff
