I'm excited about Cardinal.I really like to see this kind of head to head shootout comparison:https://github.com/DISTRHO/Cardinal/blob/main/docs/DIFFERENCES.md

Did a talk about SuperClean at the Notam SuperCollider meetup. I think it went ok. I really should make a site for SuperClean. Maybe then people could find it all on their own and start using it, just sort of out of the blue. Would be really neat to get an all-in-one drag-and-drop single .dmg installer working also. Tricky tho. Maybe not as big of a payoff on that as I sometimes think. Maybe I just want that because it's hard. Anyway; SuperClean exists! Tell your friends.https://danielmkarlsson.com/superclean-installparty/

I did a smol example of sequencing with some Scala files in SuperClean using just a sine. To my ears it quickly starts to sound kind of in that Balafon kind of neighbourhood which I think is just wild.https://raw.githubusercontent.com/danielmkarlsson/SuperClean-code/main/Scala-test.scd

I've been thinking about this one for a while now. It's one hundred sines all playing eights all the time. They fade in and out at different speeds chosen at each cycle. The frequencies are very loosely constrained and drift slowly around their center. I think it comes out sounding like some kind of glassy or metallic resonant body that keeps contorting. It's just sines tho. Additive synthesis is pretty special I think.

Greetings #tmux elders. I call upon thee that I may be bestowed some of your wisdom in the ancient ways.I want to hide the little line that indicates when someone else is writing to my screen in a shared session. In this case the someone else is me on another computer on a local network which is not connected to the internet. Nothing is unsafe about what I want to do. I am all users, just on different computers. I already didset -g status offHere's a silent lil video clip of the line:

Here's a video of a performance of the piece. I dunno about this mix tho. Sounds kind of distant to me. Kind of wishy washy. Cool to see Karin play tho.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaNLCsXSIQI
